Group sessions: people book a spot
A Group Session on Surrounders lets several people book a spot on the same date: you set the dates once, repeated every week, every few weeks or every month, or specific dates you pick, up to the number of people you allow.
Each person books one date or several, is confirmed at once and pays you directly, and you see who's coming on every date.
For you, the professional
How do you see who's coming?
Who's coming lists everyone booked on a date, with + Add someone, Message everyone, and under More, Move this date or Cancel this date.
You set a maximum from 2 to 200 people and, if you like, a minimum. The price is per person, per session. Stop repeating and Pause are on My services.
For your customers
How do people book a spot?
On the service, Upcoming dates shows each date with the spots left, or Full. They tap one date or several and press Book a spot: confirmed at once, free to cancel until it starts.
Booking closes 30 minutes before a date starts. Right after booking, one tap books the next date too: Book next week too for a weekly class, Book the next date too for the others.
Dates that keep themselves filled
How do you set the dates?
Once. Dates are made up to 92 days ahead, about three months, and new ones keep coming while the session repeats.
Specific dates
Tap the dates on the calendar, each with its own time.
Online or at your place
One place for every date: your location or online. The online link shows only to people who booked.
When a date changes
Moving a date keeps everyone booked and tells each person who booked it, once; cancelling a date does the same. People you added with + Add someone are not messaged: tell them yourself.
