Step by step

How to keep all your clients in one place

Add the clients you already have to the Customers page, note the visits they book by phone in your calendar, and invite each one to book you online when you choose.

Surrounders never contacts your clients by itself: you choose who gets a link and how, with Share or a copied link.

All your clients in one list

Where do you keep clients who are not on the app?

In Customers: everyone you work with, on the app or not. Add client asks for a Name and, if you like, a Phone, an Email and a Note only you see. Each row says Booked through the app or Not on the app.

Record the visits booked by phone

How do you add a visit someone booked by phone?

The + on your calendar opens Add custom appointment: an Appointment with the client, and Repeat for a regular. Its time is taken in your calendar, so nobody books over it, and it shows under Custom in Bookings.

Send each client their link

How does a client join you on Surrounders?

On the client's card, Send their link gives you that client's own link to Share or Copy; the card then says when you invited them.

Surrounders never emails or texts your clients by itself: you choose who gets a link, and how.

When they join

The card says On the app - they book you here. Same person as a customer who booked lets you pick that customer, who is asked to confirm before the two cards become one.

Your clients stay yours

Your list is yours alone: nobody else sees it, and Surrounders never sells or shares it. Notes on a client stay visible to you only.

Or share your page with everyone

Your link and your QR code reach every client at once.

All your clients, in one place.
