How to list your service on Surrounders

To list a service on Surrounders, fill in Create a Service, which opens right after you become a pro and, after that, from Services: the format, where it happens, a title and description, the category, photos, what you offer, the price and the length.

Before you start

What do you need before you list a service?

At least one photo, a description of at least 50 letters, how you price it and how long it takes. Everything else you choose as you go.

Photos

At least 1, up to 10. The first photo is the cover customers see in search and on your page.

A title and a description

Say what it is in the title, then describe it in at least 50 letters: what happens, who it is for, what to bring.

The price and the length

Hourly rate, Fixed price or Request a quote, from 10 to 720 minutes.

Where it happens

At your place, at the customer's or online. Tick every one that applies.

Your hours

Your first service fills in Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00. Change it to your real week.

Part by part

What does Create a Service ask?

The main parts, in the order the form asks for them, with the names on the screen.

  1. Format

    Individual Session: one customer books a time. Group Session: you set the dates and several people book a spot. It cannot change later.

  2. One-time or recurring

    For an Individual Session: One-time, Recurring or both, and with both the customer chooses. It cannot change after the service is published.

  3. Location

    At my location, At customer's place, Remote / Online. A Group Session has one place for every date.

  4. Title and description

    What it is, and at least 50 letters about it.

  5. Category

    Pick one, or tap the one the form suggests.

  6. Photos

    Up to 10. Drag them into order; the first is the cover.

  7. What you offer

    At least one thing the service includes.

  8. Pricing

    Hourly rate, Fixed price or Request a quote. A Group Session has a price per person, per session.

  9. Duration

    From 10 to 720 minutes.

  10. Service address

    With At my location: where customers come to you.

  11. Where do you travel for this service?

    With At customer's place: up to 20 towns you go to.

  12. Availability

    Your week, used by all your services, or Specific hours for this service.

Publish

When is a service ready to publish?

When every part is filled in. The Publish button counts what is still missing, as Publish - 2 left, and takes you to the first part to finish.

  • Save as draft keeps it private: to anyone else its page answers Page not found.
  • Preview shows the page your customers will see.

After you publish

What happens after you publish?

The service goes live at once, with its own page, link and QR code. Your service is live opens, so you can tell your clients first.

Share it in one tap

Send to customers, Copy link or Create a post: your photo, name and QR code, ready for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp.

Requests you answer

A new Individual Session takes requests unless you have turned on Instant booking: each booking waits for you to accept or decline it.

Or instant booking

Turn on Instant booking to confirm bookings the moment they arrive. A spot in a Group Session is always confirmed at once.
