How to add or claim your business on Surrounders
A professional who works at a salon, studio, gym or clinic adds it from Add or claim a business: search for the name, create the page, fill it in and publish it.
If the business is already listed, its owner presses Claim this business and sends a registration number, a company email or a photo of the certificate, and a person checks it within 2 working days.

Adding a new business needs a professional account. Claiming one that is already listed needs only a signed-in account.

Before you publish
What does a business page need before it is published?
The form's Page completeness list names nine parts: your role, the category, a headline, About, photos, the logo, opening hours, contact details and the location.
The phone and the website show on the page once the business is verified.
Claim
How do you claim a business that is already listed?
Open its page and press Claim this business. Give at least one of three things, press Send for checking, and a person checks it within 2 working days. Nothing changes until then.
The Verified business mark
A registration number or a certificate also gives the page the Verified business mark. A company email alone makes you the owner without it.
Your team
How do you bring your team in?
From Manage, under Professionals, copy the link under Invite by link and send it to your team. Each professional asks to join, you approve them, and their services at your place appear on your page.
A link works for 90 days and for up to 50 people. Each person keeps their own clients, bookings, reviews and calendar.
Several locations? One business.
Add a location gives each one its own page, with its own street, map and opening hours, under one business and one owner.
